Doctoral Degree

 

Doctor of Philosophy program requirements include a minimum of 30 credit hours of course work beyond the master's degree, divided into major and minor areas of study. Courses are selected from among those listed for the Master of Science degree, as well as from approximately 100 courses offered by the Environmental Engineering, Environmental Law, Environmental and Occupational Health, Environmental Policy, and Environmental Politics programs, which are located in other departments and schools of the George Washington University.
